Billing and plans

Workspace billing is managed by an administrator from Settings → Billing.

Review your plan

The billing page shows the current plan, renewal timing, and the features or usage included with the workspace.

Change or cancel a subscription

Use the controls on the billing page to update the plan or cancel renewal. Changes may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on what is shown during checkout.

Get billing help

For invoice, payment, or subscription questions, email billing@getkato.io. Include your workspace name and the invoice or transaction date, but do not send full payment card details.
