Use Ask Kato

Ask questions, summarize activity, draft updates, and take action with workspace context.

Updated July 30, 2026

Ask Kato is the AI assistant inside your workspace. It can work with the context you have access to, including tasks, meetings, records, activity, and connected tools.

Ask focused questions

Give Kato a clear goal and enough context to understand the result you want. For example:

  • “Summarize the open work for the Acme account.”
  • “What changed on Project Atlas this week?”
  • “Draft a concise follow-up from today's planning meeting.”
  • “Show the overdue high-priority tasks assigned to me.”

Review before acting

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review summaries, drafts, and suggested actions before sharing them or using them to make a decision.

Kato will only be as useful as the context available in the workspace. Link tasks and meetings to records, keep statuses current, and connect the services your team actually uses.

Protect sensitive information

Only submit information you are authorized to use. Follow your organization's policies for confidential, regulated, or personal information.
