Integrations

Connect an integration

Bring calendar, development, deployment, time, and customer context into Kato.

Updated July 30, 2026

Integrations bring external activity into the workspace and let Kato perform actions you approve.

Connect a service

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.
  2. Choose the service you want to connect.
  3. Review the permissions Kato requests.
  4. Complete the provider's authorization flow.
  5. Return to Kato and confirm the connection is active.

Some integrations are connected for the whole workspace. Others may require each member to connect an individual account.

Choose the right scope

Connect only the accounts and organizations your workspace needs. If a provider lets you limit access to specific projects or resources, choose the narrowest scope that supports your workflow.

Disconnect a service

Open the integration's settings in Kato and choose Disconnect. You may also need to remove Kato from the provider's connected-app settings.

Disconnecting stops future sync and actions. Information already copied into your workspace may remain according to your workspace settings and Kato's retention practices.
